1. To register your college for participation in Bliss Point 2006, send an e-mail to blisspoint2006@gmail.com with the name of your college as the subject. Colleges are expected to send a team of not more than five members including an escort teacher. Incase an escort teacher is not accompanying then five students can participate.
2. After the registration of your college, to register for any event, kindly send an e-mail to the same e-mail address with the name of the event as the subject.
3. Decisions of the judges will be binding and final.
4. SVC will take care of the accommodation, meals and transportation from the place of accommodation to the venue of the event for the outstation teams. Please confirm your travel plans including the number and names of the students participating, latest by the 15th of November so that all necessary arrangements can be made.
5. All outstation teams are required to reach Delhi latest by Monday, 27th November 2006 evening. Transportation from the railway station/airport to the place of accommodation will be provided by the organizers for teams reaching by Monday only. Accommodation will be made available till the 1st December 2006 Noon
6. Participants are expected to carry 4 passport size photographs, 2 for the registration at the place of accommodation and 2 for the ID card.
